Nelson Auto Center is seeking a motivated individual to fill a new, full-time position within the dealership. This individual will work directly with the Internet Manager to assist with the follow up of our internet shoppers.
Duties will include:
Making out bound, follow up calls to our internet customers
Assisting customers with general questions about our
Working with the entire staff to ensure a top-notch customer experience
High School Diploma
Previous customer service experience (Call centers, retail sales, teller work…etc)
The ability to pick up the phone, and call anyone just to say, "Hello, how can I help?"
Must be tech savvy and willing to learn new skills
Previous dealership, BDC experience is preferred, but not required
